Gunite pools offer the most flexibility in design and build. At Premier 1 Pool & Patio, we believe this is the most significant feature of this type of build. All designs are typically developed with the input of you and our pool pro. The design and build are basically limited only by budget, builder capability, and available space. If you want or need an absolute one-of-a-kind pool, the gunite pool is for you. Also, zero-entry pools are becoming very popular, and gunite pools allow this feature to be built relatively easily.

Fiberglass Pool Projects

One of the benefits of fiberglass pools is that they're the only pool that is built in a factory environment. They must meet strict quality control measures for the pool to qualify for use. This is one of the reasons fiberglass pools cost slightly more than a liner pool. You pay for the factory investment into the product. This, in turn, allows you to have an inground pool that requires lower operating costs, both in chemical consumption and in the time you spend maintaining the pool.

Vinyl Liner Pool Projects

The basic vinyl liner pool is the most affordable type of inground pool. The most basic shape, the rectangle, is our base to determine a liner pool starting point.
